Premises Manager
S & G Aberdeen LTD requires a premises licence holder/manager for one of its Premises in Aberdeen City Center.
*** FIRST AID & PERSONAL LICENCE ESSENTIAL ****
The Bar Manager will be responsible for looking after the on-site staff team as well as customers and will work to improve and maintain the venue.
You will be responsible for stock and cash handling, stock rotation, maintaining excellent stocktakes, bar standards, staff rotas and monitoring staff performance.
The successful candidate will possess the following abilities & skills:
